1. Welcome Reception

Delegates are invited to enjoy the atmosphere of the Bavarian royal history at the Residence, the former Castle of the Kings of Bavaria. The Welcome Reception will take place in the famous “Kaisersaal“ and “Vierschimmelssaal“, which were used by the Bavarian Royals for official events.

2. WCE-Evening (Bavarian Night), 9th October, 2009; 7 p.m. to 12 p.m.
You do not need to visit the October Fest the week before the WCE! Experience the famous “Gemütlichkeit“ of a typical Bavarian Beer Festival provided by an original Octoberfest-host including excellent food and Music performance.
